Inusrance and payment info

I am an in network provider with Aetna and am able to accept most plans, including the State Employee Health plan. I am unable to accept Aetna Medicare plans at this time. I am also a contracted provider with Lyra Employee Assistance Program.

The out of pocket cost for individual therapy is $165 for a 55 minute session.
